Return Policy

We know that things happen and we'll do our best to make the situation right.


If you receive an item damaged, please take photos of the outside of the box, inside of the box, and contents.  


Then, E-Mail us the photos and we'll get a replacement to you. If you wish to return your item, please contact us by email to request a return.


Return shipping is paid for by the buyer (you) and once received in good condition, we will issue a refund for items returned for the price paid at initial purchase.


Please be sure to pack your items well to avoid damage during return shipping. Items damaged during shipping will not be refunded.
