Shipping Information

Carriers

At this time, all of our shipping is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you are in need of a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing an order. All shipping costs are paid by you, the customer, but we are happy to accomodate other carrier requests as needed.

Delivery Timing

Generally, USPS can get our Priority Mail packages to you within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Please be mindful that our processing time is generally 1-2 business days after your order is placed. These estimates are subject to change during higher volume times.

Damaged Packages

See our Return Policy for information on how we handle damaged products. We do our best to package things so they arrive safely, but once they are out our door we cannot control how they are handled. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience associated with damaged products.
